Due Diligence and Analysis Team Leader (KYC)

Know the KYC processes applicable to the Unit and work on daily tasks like maintaining client information records, contacting clients by e-mail to gather necessary information;

Review and approve the onboarding/continuation relationship of high-risk clients;

Contribute to the team managing activities like mentoring, supporting the team on various work-related questions, selecting new team members, 1on1 meetings, annual performance reviews, etc.;

Contribute to optimisation and continuous improvement of KYC procedures and processes;

Ensure professional, high-quality, and effective execution of the daily work of the team.

Expect to perform routine daily tasks using ChatGPT or a similar tool to enhance efficiency and productivity.

At least 2 years of experience working in the KYC/AML field in the dynamic fintech environment;

Experience in team management

Fluency in Lithuanian and English languages (Russian or an additional language would be an advantage);

Higher education (in Law, Finance, or Economics would be considered an advantage);

Time management and organisational skills;

Ability to work collaboratively and solve problems;

Proactivity to take initiative in implementing, optimising, and improving KYC processes.

Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily tasks.
