Trading of ordinary shares of Paysera Bulgaria JSC on the BEAM market of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange
Paysera Bulgaria JSC is listed on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE). On June 12, 2024, Paysera Bulgaria JSC successfully conducted an initial public offering of shares on the BEAM growth market of BSE. The company raised 1.15 million BGN, which is used for meeting the capital requirements for licensing from the local regulator, developing the core payment services and starting a crowdfunding company.
"Paysera Bulgaria" JSC holds 95% of Paysera Romania SRL. The companies in Bulgaria and Romania operate in partnership and under the Electronic Money Institution license of Paysera Lithuania.
