Who can send and receive money?

The sender has to be:

A Paysera client
An individual client

The recipient has to be:

An individual client
At least 18 years of age
Have an ID card or a passport (internal or international)

⚠️ The recipient doesn't have to be a Paysera or PrivatBank client.

Fees, currencies, and limits

Transfer fee
A small fee of 2.3% is applied when sending the money. There is no fee for withdrawing the funds.

Currency
Cash pickup transfers can be made in EUR. The recipient is given cash in EUR or UAH.

Limits
The monthly transaction amount should not exceed 8000 EUR per month.

Frequently asked questions

When filling out the transfer form, you will be asked to fill in:

  • The recipient’s name and surname;
  • The recipient’s telephone number (Beginning with "+", country code);
  • The amount you wish to send (see transfer limits);

The cash pickup code will be generated within 10 minutes of the creation of the transfer.
To find it, log in to bank.paysera.com, choose Transfers from the menu on the left, then List of transfers.
