- Open a Paysera account first (it’s FREE!) and complete identification.

- A Paysera client (sender) fills out the money transfer form in the Paysera online banking.
Log in to bank.paysera.com > choose Transfers from the menu on the left > Cash pickup.
- Within 10 mins, the Paysera client (sender) receives the cash pickup code.
- The client (sender) shares the cash pickup code with the recipient.
- The recipient goes to one of the cash pickup locations.
- The recipient shows the cash pickup code AND an ID card or a passport (internal or international) to the cashier.
- The recipient is given cash.
Who can send and receive money?
The sender has to be:
A Paysera client
A private person (not a business account)
The recipient has to:
Be at least 18 years of age
Have an ID card or a passport (internal or international)
⚠️ The recipient doesn't have to be a Paysera or IPS Globus bank client. A Globus account is only needed if you want to transfer larger amounts of money than the limits of cash pickup transfers allow.
Fees, currencies, and limits
Service fee
A small fee of 2,3 % of the transfer amount is applied when sending the money. There is no fee for withdrawing the funds.
Currency
Currently,cash pickup transfers can be made in Euro only. When withdrawing cash, the recipient may request currency exchange, if it is possible at the pickup location.
Limits
The monthly transaction amount should not exceed 4677 EUR.
ℹ️ Larger sums can also be transferred if these limits are not enough. However, if the limit is exceeded, IPS Globus will open a bank account for the recipient to which the payment will be credited.
Frequently asked questions
At the moment, money transfers can be cashed out at various IPS Globus bank locations all across Ukraine. You can find them all here.
The recipient does not have to be a client of IPS Globus bank to withdraw the funds, but they must have an identification document (ID card, internal or international passport) and cash pickup code.
When filling out the transfer form, you will be asked to:
Choose the recipient’s country (at the moment only Ukraine is available);
Choose the payment system – bank for pickup (at the moment only IPS Globus is available);
Choose the desired amount to send (see transfer limits);
Enter the recipient's name, surname, and date of birth.
Information about the sender will be filled out automatically with the information from the sender’s Paysera account;
To find it, log in to bank.paysera.com > choose Transfers from the menu on the left > List of transfers.
If any issues occur regarding the cash pickup transfers – contact Paysera client support, and we will help you out. However, do it immediately, before the recipient withdraws the funds.
